I'm not very techy and I get along with it.
If I click my Wheelman icon on my phone, and open app, it tells me if there is a firmware update. The updates on Wheelman are done with my phone. Easy to call in and talk to person.and its Free!! If I call my dealer I bought my EZ Pilot from I'm gonna get charged for phone call. I feel the support from Wheelman is really good. Make good connections and place wiring so it wont get damaged or pinched. Keep in mind, your the one doing the install, so it gives you a good feel how it all works. I set my path for field cultivator with 4" of overlap. Its quiet, no annoying noise while turning wheel back and forth, I'm talking Wheelman Pro, the Wheelman flex looks jus like an Ontrac brand setup so they may have some noise like them.Īs far as being waas, it's what I wanted and have no need to upgrade for tillage. You can't install a remote engage switch, I've thought it may be handy to have but after running it, your hand is right there by the dashboard while your turning steering wheel, so it's not a big deal. But after it is set you dont need screen to operate. You will need to use phone, iPad, screen to do that. That is nice for tillage if you want fields worked at certain degrees, like 8° or whatever. I use the dashboard to engage and disengage (can also turn wheel to disengage, but I like using dashboard button rather than tugging on wheel, to each his own )Ī feature that was added, is now you can set a heading if you want, instead of jus A B line. I use the phone to set width of implement. I dont use a screen, iPad, phone etc while using the Wheelman Pro. You may have seen my install pics of putting it in a MX240
